A simple method I use to prevent flat spots on the tires is a 3/4" thick rubber stall mat cut into 4 squares. They are $43 from a Tractor Supply and it works great.

Yes. The studs on the Anvil matched the factory holes pretty good. I think on my Z I had 1 hole that I had to file a little bit of material out of but it was darn close.
