It was an error, in the packaging/shipping dept. They were packing a pulley from a different setup.. Hence the reason the tech guys werent aware. It was "Supposed" to be getting the other pulley. Not...

Honesty, the 15hp for 1psi is VERY VERY conservative. We (meaning shops who do alot of these types of builds on LS based vehicles) typically see 25-30rwhp per psi. But im sure the whipple kit will...

Just to let you know, in case it hasnt been posted. KB didnt overestimate the HP ratings on the L99, they just realized that the pulley they have been shipping for the L99, is actually way to large....
