Definitely cutouts then. They must've put stock exhaust back on there. Press it both ways 5 seconds or so. If your lucky the cutouts are on there out of sight

I'm currently replacing my comp cam trunion upgrade since I was replacing my valve springs and found them like this. I've seen people say it might be installer error and some just blame the design....

Alternator hole must be drilled. Only get 2 bolts instead of 3. I got a built 6.0 when my stock block gave out. Was told to stay under 25psi on 4 bolt heads
