Power steering rack leak

I check my power steering fluid two weeks ago and found it to be low.

Looked underneath and can see the right side rubber boot of the power steering rack was damp.

Local dealer ordered a rack...

I also had a groaning noise with a/c engaged, dealer had to order a re-designed...
