This isn't the correct part, the part number should be 92226690. Its around $178 at retail, sadly not $28. I saw on amazon they are going for around 80 though, so might be able to get one cheaper...

I believe it was just fiberglass. The box with labor end up being 600. All together was about 1200 with 500w amp and 12 inch p3 sub. Not too bad I suppose, still sounds great.
