I get 0VDC on the top prong with the car off or on.

My Camaro had been sitting for 3 years I got it running with a jump to drive it up the lift to change the oil and at some point during the starting of the car and driving it to the lift 2 stalls over...

I had nothing but problems with mine I bought from RX. I had to get new ends from the local AC shop because the ones RX sent leaked. They are a simple crimp type I have no idea how you mess that...

Do you have the newer 10 rib tensioner that whipple is giving with their kits now. I don't because I have an older kit but seems to be a really good replacement if you don't have that one now.
