Yes you do. Raise it up a half inch or so with the bolts loose and held up then move the mani forward an inch or so for the bolts to clear the cowl.

You can fake it out by limiting the revs tho, RPM limit vs wheel speed. I limit mine to 3k at 0 mph & ramp up. Engine tab, Cutoff DFCO.

Applies to all modes, not just comp mode.

Solo has a set for the GFX too, I went with those on their j-pipe catback. No pix, sorry but you don't even see the tips unless you look, they are about 1/2" recessed in the GFX openings.
