I'd start checking the battery connections at the battery, battery post in the engine compartment, and at the starter. Check all the grounds, battery to body and engine to body.

Running the 10296 with the high pressure spring. Built my engine with the bearing clearances a little on the loose side of the specs. Just wanted to make sure there was adequate flow and pressure.
