Exactly, the switchblade key is so much better...

Exactly, the switchblade key is so much better then a individual fob and seems near impossible to hit it.

Who's Ignoring The Recall and Keeping Their Switchblade

Will I'm not against safety, I would prefer to keep my switchblade key instead of getting a new key and separate fob. Anyone else?

I'd say 20 ft will have you covered if you want to go all around. If you are just doing it in spots, maybe 10 ft.. This is a mod I'm planning on working on soon.
