Put two of the flange bolts back in so you can have a place for the prybar to lever against. That way you can hold it in place. That's how I did it. I also did this when I torqued the nut back on.

I changed to a Hurst and it was okay, but now have the MGW shifter. It is a quality product, you won't regret installing it in your car.

I had the same problem. I have one solid engine mount with my turbo setup. Went back to the stock trans mount and it helped the vibration a lot.

MGW is a great shifter. I replaced a Hurst with the MGW and love it. Short throws, smooth and precise. I see no problems with using it for a daily driver.

I have the ZR1 clutch in mine. It drives like stock and I have had no issues so far. If I ever have to replace it, A Street Slayer will be my choice. I think you have chosen wisely.
