I use Aerospace 303 for the interior. Leaves a factory sheen, and has a uv protectant. For the leather sears, Zaino Brothers Leather in a Bottle works great and has a like new leather smell to it.

Lacquer thinner will easily remove the unwanted touch up without removing the factory paint or clear. Just go easy. You need just a little and rub lightly.
