no wonder tire companies not only warranty their tires on miles but on years. I had a new set of tires installed on my tahoe and didn't put many miles on them because I work out of the house. So 3 years later the tires are literally just falling apart with great tread on them so I take them back expecting it to be fully covered but nope they said they were too old to be covered and miles were irrelevant. So apparently if your tires are 3-4 years old you simple need to replace them regardless of the condition because they are likely to explode at any moment.
