There's another thread on here about differential information and it's not certain.

I believe someone quoted an unnamed GM-Engineer as saying the diff's are closer to about 9.25"-ish, but definitely smaller than the 9.9" of the 5th Gen ZL1 (Gravedigger, lol). The source I got my dimensions from were from an on-line dealer parts list. So don't take my numbers as the end-all-be-all, but that's what GM's listing in parts catalogs.

I woulda' thought it would be at least 9-inches just for strength. I guess there aren't too many failures reported so far, so it must be a good design.
