These wheels were on the car when I purchased it. I was told that they(the dealership) had them powdercoated. I have since gone to 2 different powdercoaters to ask what is exactly on the wheels, but they couldn't tell me.... Doing some research, I found out that they do, in fact, make a "black chrome" powdercoat finish. My suggestion is to go to your local powdercaoter and ask....
