Welcome. I have a question for u. Last spring and even at the end of the privious fall my horn started going off and the dash lit up saying hood open. I replaced the hood latch and it continued. So I ended up putting a jumper wire in the connector to make it think the hood was closed. However by doing this my remote start didn't work. Question is, would a battery that was coming to the end of its life cause this or could it be something else? ECM, BCM?
