Maybe just me but I would be uncomfortable unless I could verify the oil pressure is really that low at idle especially with the HV pump. I would have an uneasy feeling always and stare at it. Doesn't seem normal to me but I don't have the L99 and idling that low. It seems to recover at the higher RPM's so maybe it is ok but would be looking to verify one way or another especially if it were not like this before.
