Some advice - do not rock or pry it out, you will only easily brake the nipple off as I did. Clear out as much "stuff in the way" such as fuel lines in the rear, harness's, etc. Try to pull it straight out, it probably will not budge cause you have no leverage.
I had to pull the Blower off anyway since I am changing injectors, but that is a big job. There it sat, a little chunk of nipple and "O" ring just mocking me, and at that point it is absurdly easy to pop out.
