I agree with tartagliazl1, the 2650 will take more HP to run and for over $5000 for the blower and incidentals, you could do a lot to get more performance out of your SBE and 1.9L. On the flip side making the same whp on lower boost levels will keep IAT's down and help prevent knock on regular gas and it pulling timing. I wouldn't be able to stay at the current whp if I had a 2650 on mine, i'd have to turn it up til I blew it up!
