The offset diff bushings were to correct the axle angles in reference to the differential due to lowering the car. I lowered my car 1" and dont use offset bushings, but run the risk of eventually damaging my axles especially on launch when the axle angle gets more pronounced. I think you'll be fine to remove the offsets and go with a standard of your choice. My opinion so take it for what it is.
