What the hell! I've disconnected/reconnected over and over, and oooover some more. I've Googled this problem and found tons of other people having this same problem in the last few years, but I couldn't find a good solution.

I'm just pretty frustrated that this thing is not working right out of the box. This is my first bad apple experience so I'm stuck. Any help would be better than where I'm sitting now.

i had to down load itunes to get mine to work it told me to when i first plugged mine in give that a try
