I like the flat black look, but if you are going to do it go all out, the hood and spoiler just look unfinished with the rest of the car being painted. I would be afraid people would just lump me in with the other car owners that drive around with primer parts. But to each his own and the hood and spoiler look sweet. I'm sure to some it looks unfinished...but I didn't want my car to look like every other silver with stripes...so I went a different way.
THe car below was my 'inspiration'...and I never thought that it looked unfinished.
