get some stage-8 locking header bolts as well so you dont have to worry about them backing out.
heads/cam-

CAI-they are all about the same performance wise, you can usually find a used one for about $100.00 or so. the biggest thing is the filter itself. be careful of the oils used to clean them as they can mess up your Mass AirFlow sensor (MAF).
you can descreen your MAF as well to allow a little better airflow in.
cat-back exhaust- these will vary in price depending if you want a brand new one or used.
Magnaflow is a good choice for both performance and sound (if you want, i have some sound clips of my magnaflow with stock exhaust manifolds and long tube headers)
since you are doing the heads/cam, now would be a good time to replace your opti-spark distributor (depending on how old it is and its condition)
for some more splurging items, you can convert to an electric water pump,
get some 4.10 gears for the rear, LS1 (aluminum) driveshaft, and for some more info and reading material....
