Since I don't have military discount or a GM Credit Card, is there basically no other discount available to me in combination with the employee discount?

The only other discount available on a Camaro is a USAA rebate. If you are an active member, using their insurance or banking services, you would qualify for the $750 rebate. GM dealers are not allowed to alter the selling price of a preferred price (ie military, college grad, GM Emp or the like), but others can be applied if available.
