those are the polished 21" wheels. they actually had them "black chromed" to get that look of the darker tint. the black 21" wheels are black. if you ordered the 21"polished, they will look like what is on that yellow rs with the ground effects and hockey stripes. heres a pic. you can see the difference in the "black" concept wheels on the bottom compared to the polished 21" wheels on the yellow rs.
