Nice lady but she didn't even know what the function of the USB port was or how it works I had to explain it to her. I made mention of what I have found out on this thread and that a 2011 PDIM was the best fix. She says "well, I don't think we can do that but I'll have my tech2 guy look at it". What info should i shove down her throat so I don't have to do over again and get this fixed the first time.
At the very worst, since they will most likely be replacing the PDIM module, but with a DA hardware version, ask them if you can pay for the DB module and have them cover the install/upgrade part (labor) under warranty.
