I planned to use the upper and lower radiator hoses for the water feed/return when I had water and oil fed ct26 turbos. The upper provides a vacuum for water return and the lower radiator hose is pressurized for water feed. JEGS sales radiator gauge adapters that could be clamped onto the hoses. http://www.jegs.com/i/Auto+Meter/105/2283/10002/-1
I think local autostores sale something similar for cheaper maybe. Just cut both hoses on a straight section and clamp the adapters in and your good to go. The only problem with this method is that some of the coolant won't be cooled since its bypassing the radiator through the turbo but I'm not sure of the net effect on the entire system.
