Front bumper damage

After two months, my Camaro has already gotten damaged.
I was parallel parked with a curb in front of me and a F-150 behind me. On one side of me was a retaining wall made of railroad ties.
When I was backing out, one of the ties was sticking out about 6-8 inches and caught my front bumper.

The damage isn't awful, but needs to be fixed.
The obvious damage is to the huge dent on the bottom of the bumper. The not-so-apparent damage is to the plastic around and above the side marker. The plastic looks like it's cracked going up the backwards "L" shape.
[The good news is that the fender liner was left undamaged.]

This seems small enough to be an out-of-pocket repair.
Is the bumper cover the only piece that I will likely need?
(Listed at GMPartsDirect.com for $262.60 :: Part link :: Illustration link)

Any ideas on pricing for a body shop or dealer to replace the bumper (if that's what needs to happen)?

Thanks,
