In was offered $28k by two dealers and $29k from another on a straight dealer sale. I declined because I think I can get a bit more private party. I mention this because I think you should get at least your last price listed on trade which would also get you some tax break on the purchase of your truck. the only thing I can see holding that back are your engine mods.
