Well up to this point I have saved quite a few pennies by doing installs myself, but with school picking up and I've got a deadline for my thesis proposal early October I don't have the time to spend a whole weekend under the car. As much as I would love to. But hey, that's why God gave us two kidneys right?
One other mod that I just picked up. I did the XM antenna delete earlier this summer (a lot of work but worth it IMO) and plugged the hole with some sort of plug. Don't really know what the plug was originally from as Ofer (2SSRS) sent it to me. But I got in contact with Cam 427 and he hooked me up with a flush mount plug.
I still need to file it down a bit and get rid of that curved part, but otherwise it's perfect. I can't thank Cam 427 enough for this, he went out of his way to help me out and I really appreciated it. For some reason (and I can't explain why) but being able to see the plug really bugs me. I guess it's that little bit of OCD coming out.
Anywho, Kaylee's got another big day tomorrow (well not really), she still has the differential bushings to be installed and I don't know if they installed the steering rack mount bushing. Needless to say I'm SUPER DUPER excited to get Kaylee back.
