sxm_help@siriusxm.com, I received a call from Jenna (within 24 hours) who apologized for the issue and resolved everything within nine minutes. This issue applies to all 2013 ZL1s, so if your XM goes dark after the free week going on until tomorrow, just send them an e-mail.
