Im gonna eat my words here because after bleeding it a second time it did get better. Grind seems to be eliminated completely once the tranny is warmed up but still grinded once on a faster shift before it warms up. Also no grind with slower shift when its cold. I'll run it a few more times today to see if its consistant.
The cylinder was the only change, using stock DOT3 brake fluid.
I wonder if it gets even better if i keep bleeding it more lol.
It may get better if you bleed it more and get all the dirt out with that old fluid. also you must let the trans warm up before attempting to shift at high rpm. It's cold out now and it does take time for the trans to fully warm up. If you haven't installed a GTO reservoir to separate the brake fluid from your clutch fluid then you better do it.
That fluid gets dirty real fast when the brakes and clutch share the same reservoir.
