Sorry you have to be inconvenienced with this issue. I understand the frustration of unexpected visits to the dealer. I would like to step in and help you if at all possible. Do you have a preferred dealer? If so, I will be happy to contact them on your behave about this issue and also set up a time for you to visit your that dealer. I can also locate one nearest you if you don't have one currently.
