Once modified it's obvious that GM Partshouse will not refund you, that's just common sense; which it seems he's lacking. This post would not persuade me to stay away from this company whatsoever. As Patrick said torque specs placed on the bowtie during factory install is what crimps the grill it's not made to come off.
