Even in the pictures it looks like the cambers are actually positive (when what you want them to be is slightly negative). Negative camber will pull the tops of the tires inward.
FWIW, if the strut fasteners had been put back exactly where they were originally, the lowered ride height would pull the cambers more negative, not less (and certainly not over into positive).
