I would think that if you get the air out of the coolant system you would be fine to drive the car 130 miles to the tuner using the canned tune. I would not get on it real hard but if you drive normally, you will not be in boost anyway so should not be a problem over that distance. May want to drive it some to make sure no leaks start and again, make sure the overheating issues work themselves out.
