I knew going in that the bar doesn't offer much more rigidity but since my car had the holes for it to be mounted, why not fill them and go for the looks.
I got mine from an Internet site that I'm trying to remember but it's slipping me right now, for $135 delivered and it's GM.
I painted the ends myself and took some fine sand paper to the cross bar and polished it up. I like it and it goes well with my program.
