Then why on earth are all his customers left in the dark? How hard would it be to let everyone know what's going on? Why continue to let people order parts that may never ship? Why leave customers with warranty issues hanging in the wind?
There is no excuse for not letting your valued customers know what's up and what's being done to resolve the issue(s).
