Have no idea, but it seems to work. With the CAI, the factory gauge says ~12psi. I like it because it looks stock. People did not like it because it was heavier than the very heavy stock unit. If you look at the attached pic, you can see how I tapered the face of it. It took off 2 lbs. I could have taken more off, but I wanted to retain the stock appearance, especially since I have retained the factory tune. I checked the balance, and tweaked it a bit, but the small amount of weight that came out was from the same place they had been drilling it. Hell, I'm sure it was probably made in China, so the balance may have been out that much coming out of the box... |
Have you data logged your car? I'd like to add that pulley since they have a lighter aluminum version now. Just wondering if I could run it with a CAI and ported TB on the stock tune safely..?
