I installed these GM splash guards on my 2014.

If you have the right tools, you don't have to turn the front wheels or remove the rear wheels. I used a Torx bit that fits onto a small 1/4 or 3/8 ratchet.

For the rears, I did pull the lower bumper cover corner out just a little to drill out the single rivet on each side (which is very close to the edge). If you have a right angle drill or a rotary tool it MIGHT BE even easier.

I installed both fronts and rears WITHOUT the supplied rivets for the upper area of the splash guards. Sure, that means I'm losing one mounting point, but that doesn't bother me. On the front, that means I'm using two of three mounting points. On the rear, five of six. Pretty sure it's still secure!

BTW, there are apparently two designs for the bottom mounting point of the rear bumper cover, so they supply alternate brackets. My 2014 did not need them.
