Don't know of any shocks/springs/coilovers that would accomplish what you need. But going to a 22" wheel would raise your entire car off the ground by 1 additional inch without increasing the fender-gap. A 24" wheel would get you two inches over stock (assuming you are running OEM 20" wheels).
