Yes they are a direct bolt on with the Zl1 rotor.
They are not on Amazon yet, but they sell for $400//$425.
Yes the pistons helps with the heat transfer.
Yes the piston kit is available to upgrade V and Zl1 brakes. It is $119 per caliper (6 pistons) or $164ish with new seals included.
Why not a better BBK.....Time!!! Ran the car Saturday and I need (want) to be back 100% because I will be back at the track this coming Sat/Sun. Decided on these instead of another V set and upgraded pistons for roughly the same cost.
