I don't think it's programmable, except perhaps by GM, itself? I'd love to learn, too. Hoosier R7s exceed 50 PSI, which might cause issues.

By the way, just in case you didn't know about this, I think your TPMS is measuring it right, if only you were at sea level. The sensors we have measure absolute pressure, while we get absolute - atmospheric pressure reported on TPMS screen. If you live in high altitude, your ambient pressure will drop, and your handheld pressure gauge will report higher numbers than TPMS, since it measures relative pressure, not absolute.
