In track or sport mode a stiff ride makes sense in relation to the standard SS, but in other modes I would expect it to be satisfactory.

Even if the MRC has softer settings, the rest of the suspension will be stiffer than an SS. I highly doubt it will be a cushy ride in the touring setting.
