I'll be installing my CC (a Mishimoto one) this weekend. I'll happily remove it for the once a year visit to the dealer, knowing that is at least stopping some oil. My '08 Jetta (DI turbo) was completely fouled at 36k miles and had lost 2 mpg on average each tank. Remember this isn't considered a "break" to OEMs since it's only reducing efficiency. Merely an opportunity to sell maintenance services. Most cars won't be noticeably affected until after the powertrain warranty is out.
