Damn, I should have signed up right away. I am on the waiting list. Guess will just have to wait and see if I get lucky now.

That is correct. The program filled up rather quickly and there are quite a few people on the waiting list. There will be emails going out in the beginning of August, and those who are on the wait list who are invited to attend will be allowed to get in. Otherwise you will not be able to enter.
