While I believe "the response" he gave you was legit, he stopped selling because he was purchasing junk parts instead of spending the extra $10 and no longer wants to deal with the warranty issues. We had members replacing lights constantly and one member has replaced some portion of that kit over 6x. Regardless, we have a member that makes a far superior kit using much higher quality SMD 5V RGBWW.
