I would expect anywhere between 150-250$ is fair.
You can also sand the part yourself and use a can of satin black paint (aprox 15-20$), satin black is very forgiving.
Just keep in mind, spray cans are not catalyzed products, they air dry. Hence their durability will be no where near from what the pro's can do for you.
