2 years later, i've drilled holes in my dash, disabled systems with a resistor & e-tape, even dropped in an engine that wasn't "supposed" to be mated to my transmission.  i'm fixing to redo my CAI (eventually involving some custom ducting) and a few other mods as well. once you start, it won't bother you at all 
then again, i ain't got a warranty to contend with... oh well
