I would think computer tuning is where it starts. Diablo or superchips or what have you.
Then maybe some headers, but that depends entirely on how bad the stockers are.
intake, exhaust really don't help much. 2.25" pipes are more than sufficient for 400whp. intake is spectacularly useless except for improvements in sound.
