640 is nothing for the trans or the pistons. The only ZL1 owners that I know of having any automatic transmission problems the the guys doing A LOT of drag racing and they are the guys flirting with the 9's. If you don't drag race it and have close to 800 whp then you should be fine.

LPE oil cooler, rear bushing upgrade, roll bar...etc. rwhp 1400+... 212.5mph, best Texas mile to date.
